By using the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of the Website. If you do not agree to be bound by all of the following terms please do not access, use and/or contribute to the Website.
RSL Speakers may change these terms from time to time and so you should check these terms regularly. Your continued use of the Website will be deemed acceptance of the updated or amended terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should cease using the Website.
All copyright, trademarks, design rights, patents, database rights and other intellectual property rights in and on the Website shall remain vested in RSL Speakers. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, disassemble,decompile, reverse engineer, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use Website content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use without our prior written consent. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any Website content except for your own personal, non-commercial use.
1. Our Incredible No-Risk Money Back Guarantee
As you\’ve been reading the information in our website, you probably noticed that we are making some pretty bold claims regarding the sound of our RSL speakers. We\’re willing to back up everything we say. So, when we say that you will absolutely love the sound of our speakers, we guaranty your complete satisfaction.
Any audio/video store can make a speaker sound great by manipulating the demonstration. This can include special room acoustics, selecting demonstration materials to compliment the speakers, and the use of ultra-expensive audio components. The real test of any speaker is how it will sound in your home. So, when you take delivery of your new RSL Speaker Systems, take some time to set them up correctly and play them extensively (so they\’ll have time to break-in). Then, in the event you\’re not completely convinced that they are the greatest sounding speakers at anywhere near the price, just return them in 30 days.
We will:
- Refund your full purchase price
- Arrange and pay for shipping back to us at no cost to you (except for returns from Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada – please see terms below:)
Your out-of-pocket cost for trying them: ZERO!
Terms:
Please retain all boxes and packing material in order to be eligible for a refund.
First, phone us for a no hassle return authorization within 30 days from the time you receive the speakers.
For Customers in the Continental U.S.:
You will receive a pre-printed return label from us. Second, return everything, including all packing materials, that came in the box in a like-new condition. Just drop off the box at your local FedEx drop-off location (including FedEx Office.). You will receive a prompt refund.
For Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada:
After you receive return instructions, ship the speakers back to us. Although the shipping will be done at your expense, you will be refunded the purchase price of the speakers plus a partial refund of your shipping costs. The exact amount will be explained to you over the phone at the time of purchase.
Exceptions
Speakers must be returned in like new condition, otherwise we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee or not accept them depending on their condition.
Speakers that have been disassembled or have been damaged will not be accepted under our return guarantee.
2. Our Parts and Labor Speaker Warranty
“…If it breaks and it\’s our fault, we\’ll fix it for free.”
Speakers are warranted for 5 years; electronics are warranted for 2 years.
Here are the terms:
Sorry we have to put all of this legal stuff in here. Unfortunately, nowadays companies have to listen to their attorneys. We warranty our speakers for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. We warranty our subwoofer amplifiers for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. Our products are warranted to be free of defects in original materials and workmanship. Our warranties apply to the original purchaser. To obtain warranty service we need your cooperation in the following:
1. Be able to furnish a copy of your sales invoice.
2. The serial numbers must be intact and match those on your sales invoice.
3. Return authorization must first be obtaining by contacting us prior to sending your speakers to us. Speakers must be properly packed.
Our speakers were designed for residential stereo or home theater use and must be used in this manner. They were not specifically designed for public address, musical instrument amplification, or other commercial or high intensity application. Such use is not covered under warranty.
Speakers returned under the terms of the warranty will be repaired or replaced at our option. We will pay for shipping the repaired product back to you if you live in the continental U.S. You are responsible for prepaying the shipping to us. Speakers that have been abused, operated improperly, improperly packed, tampered with or opened (without our prior permission) will not be repaired under warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by the use of faulty or improper audio/video components.
This is the total warranty. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied. No responsibility is assumed for any incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
