I was expecting a great small room sub that performs like a larger one. I was not disappointed. It is very well built, looks great and most importantly... sounds and performs like a 12" class sub.

I would have liked the 12s, but it is too large for my use and the 12s fits perfectly into my room and AVR setup. The fact it has all the inputs you could need and full controls is icing on the cake. Love the fact it comes with a built-in wireless receiver. There is a reason they are constantly sold out and you may have to wait a few weeks to order.

As a side note... my AT4 wireless transmitter I bought with it had an issue (hums when touched - obvious loose internal connection) and I contacted support. Not only did RSL replace it immediately, but Bernie and Joe (the owner) were super nice to deal with. Support gets an A++ in my books... hard to come by with any larger corporate company.

This is overall a perfect sub. Sound is fantastic is in the full range. Really like how it looks too. My sub arrived with a faulty amp, I called support and they were going to send me a new replacement amp right away. I live nearby so instead I went to them and they swapped the amp for me. They stand behind their warranty.

I am very happy with the Speedwoofer MKII! It sounds fantastic and the customer service was great. I can't imagine getting more bang for your buck from any other subwoofer. I will be looking at other RSL products in the future.

I purchased two 10 s MKii to replace older ported 12 inch subs and I was pleasantly surprised on how much more musical the RSLs were. Even with movies the bass was awesome! The customer service was excellent as well. I had the dreaded hum that took me a while to try to figured out. I spoke with Drew and explained how my old subs were hooked up and he took the time to talk me through different ways to get the rid of the hum. Thank you!

Great subwoofer. I wanted to add base to my audio system after moving it to a much larger and open room. I'm currently using vinntage RSL 3600 studio monitors which led me to RSL for their great speakers. The speedwoofer had the speaker connections required to hook directly into my current amp. Let me say I'm very satisfied with the results. Thought I may need 2 subs but 1 did the trick. Great product and great support. Highly recommend.

Unbeatable! The wireless connection keeps me from having to snake a 25 ft subwoofer cable around my loving room. The box is visually appealing. But the sound...the sound is amazing. I was blown away by the low frequencies of this thing! I've had nice subwoofers, most recently the Elac 3030, but this thing absolutely blows it away. I'm in love.

As with any piece of consumer electronics, components can fail - and I apparently drew the short straw because I've had to replace the amplifier on my 10S MKII twice now. I've dealt with a lot of companies regarding warranty service and replacement, and RSL is the model that every company should follow. Quick responses, easy to communicate with via phone and email, and entirely focused on resolving the issue.

Chances are, you'll never need to experience RSL's awesome customer support - but you can rest easy knowing that they're there if you happen to need them.

Oh, and the sub itself is just as amazing as everyone says it is!

The Speedwoofer 10S mk2 is an unbelievably good value - don't let the size fool you, it can produce some serious low end heft even in a fairly large room. I listen to mostly electronic music, hip-hop, psych rock, synth rock, and new wave - this sub handles it all with ease. 808 hits have real low end thump, and the low mids are smooth and effortless. No chuffing whatsoever. What's more, I discovered some impressive sub-bass sound design playing Tears of the Kingdom that I had no idea was present before. Lightning strikes shake the room! The white finish looks fantastic, and the build quality is top notch. Even better, the service from RSL is unmatched by any other hi-fi audio company. The handful of times I've spoken to their team over the phone they've been super helpful and overall very positive to work with. Don't look any further - this is the sub you want. It's absolutely worth any wait for a backorder. I'm glad I didn't waste my time with other subs before landing on this one. A+++

I overcame my impatience and ordered a Speedwoofer 10S MKii back on 9/9/23. At that time the website said the ESD was 9/19. I rec’d shipment notification on 9/18, and my subwoofer on 9/21.

Don’t be impatient. Don’t settle for something else that is in stock. Place an order and let the anticipation build.

As far as the sub itself, I can’t offer anything else that hasn’t been said already by people with more knowledge and experience than me. It’s everything I hoped it would be the price is very fair. I’m so glad I found this little company before ordering some big brand sub with a boring name and story.

I’ll spare you some time and won’t rewrite what everybody else already wrote… I’m just gonna say this… if you were thinking of buying this subwoofer, stop thinking and just pull the trigger already! This thing is fricking awesome… I live in Canada (Quebec to be precise… so sorry for my franchie accent here 🤪) and didn’t really know about RSL until I came across a review of the speedwoofer 10s mk2 on youtube … so you guys can thank Randy AKA the cheap audio man 😁 … I was hesitating between the SVS sb-1000 and this one, and decided to go with this speedwoofer… best decision ever!!!!

Hard to imagine how this fairly small sub can do what it does. Incredibly smooth for music, reinforcing the bottom end in just the right places, yet also quite impressive for the rumble and explosions in movies. It doesn't call attention to itself until it is needed. An absolutely insane value for this price because it easily outperforms subs with larger drivers that cost considerably more.

After some research I decided to purchase the Speedwoofer 10S MKII to replace a Sony SA-WX700 sub that I purchased back in 2007.

The Speedwoofer sounds strong, clear and it is very adjustable. I am completely satisfied with its performance and will be keeping it.

The only thing that surprised me was that my 16 year old Sony sounds every bit as clear and powerful as the speedwoofer.

Love this sub. I use it speaker-line for music in 2-channel system. It sounds like the bass is coming from the monitors like it’s supposed be! It adds weight to the music at reasonable levels. Smart design with the port at the rear bottom. It Integrates well with a 40 watt amp or a 100 watt amp in small room or in a big room. Perfect packaging. Instructions are easy to follow. The set up was not hard at all and only now make a very small adjustment mainly when moving it to another room. (I did not buy the wireless app which probably takes things to another level...)

Really love this sub. Well worth the price. Does everything it claims to do and looks great. Built with quality parts. Smart design being ported at the rear bottom. I use it speaker line only and the music sounds completely integrated and coming from my monitors. It fills the room like big speakers would or a big amp would. It is not hard to dial in the settings. The packaging was just perfect. The manual is clear and printed on durable paper. (I did not buy the wireless component because I am more of a set-it & forget it kind of listener but that will probably take things to another level if you use the app.) I used it in my office and also in my living room and in each place, it made my music system sound bigger at reasonable sound levels.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing the Speedwoofer 10s MKII from RSL Speakers and, I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed. The 10s MKII delivers a deep, powerful punch while also filling the room with smooth, low-frequency bass. Sound is clear and controlled. The enclosure is capable of reproducing a wide range of frequencies from 90Hz to just below 25Hz. Most impressive. As expected, the subwoofer is easy to set up and intuitive to use. I would definitely recommend the Speedwoofer 10s MKII to anyone looking for an affordable, high-quality subwoofer solution. Great job RSL!

Much has already been said about the incredible build quality and performance of this subwoofer, especially at its price point. The feeling that I get when I sit down on the weekend after a hard week at work, knowing that I didn't have to compromise my kid's college fund to own such a nice product, is almost as enjoyable as the product itself. High pride of ownership, zero post purchase remorse. There is a very small handful of companies that still operate like this and the ones that do, have my loyalty. Thanks RSL!

I have owned a pair of the Speedwoofer 10S MKII for 3 months now and have not looked back. They are a wonder of sonic power, filling your living room with the tonal accuracy and low bass extension you have been striving for yet coming in a compact 15" cube that will fit anywhere and go nearly unspotted by people appreciating the newly expanded sound which I liken to butter melted into your favorite sauce. I have large towers of solid reputation and yet these RSLs turned on make all the difference to shared music and movie enjoyment which now takes us into the night. For me, adding to the magic is the optional add-on of the RSL AT4 Wireless Adapter; this tiny box plugged into your receiver allows you to place one or two or four of these Speedwoofers anywhere you want in your space with no audio cables needed for fantastic, volume-filling bass. I would highly recommend the RSL Speedwoofer 10S MK II as your next home audio move if you are passionate about finally bringing fuller audio to the media you and your guests enjoy. I do not think you can find a smarter next addition for your sound system or a better subwoofer, much less a ported one, in such a compact package and steal of a price.

Extremely satisfied. I own a Monitor Audio Silver subwoofer, which is at its end of life. Did a comparison and RSL MKII was almost close to Monitor Audio, of course Monitor Audio is 5 times the price, but the sound difference is just a tad above. Did multiple comparison sessions and finally settled with MKII. I have one MKII in a near field home theater setup and it almost feels like a bass shaker. Worth the purchase for this price point.

Extremely satisfied! I've only had it for two days and my 2.1 system is sounding great. Perfect addition fill out the <60Hz frequencies that my bookshelves can't produce. I probably don't even have it positioned properly (off to the side) and it still sounds great! The low end still feels like it's coming straight at me. Just the right amount of rumble once I dialed in the crossover frequency and volume. Can't imagine subs costing twice as much sounding twice as good.

I purchased two MKIIs to fill out a ~5,500 cubic space and the result has been terrific. A lot of fun and a far superior listening experience. I imagine that like many people I am not super deep on sub specs and came to RSL via a combo of great reviews and price point. I do know a lot about customer service, however, and theirs is top-notch. Quick and in-depth responses to my questions, quite a bit of patience and help as I had to reset my order a couple of times, and a general friendliness to the whole process. All in very happy and would recommend.

This sub moves an insane amount of bass. I have a 22x22 ft room with fairly tall ceilings and this subwoofer can shake the whole thing. Even while shaking the room the bass is still crystal clear. The sub blended seamlessly with my existing speakers.

I've owned a couple audiophile level subwoofers in the past, for my personal listening and others for a home theater. I listened to this and was amazed and was almost confused how this was so good. I just want to say that flat out this is an incredible subwoofer and it completely wipes out the market. This subwoofer destroys other subwoofers in this price range by a wide margin with its incredible clarity, of course its coveted speed, and the ability to go deep whilst still being incredibly detailed. Whether you are going for home theater or audiophile level listening, this is the best subwoofer your money could possibly get. For 500 dollars this is absolutely ridiculous and a steal that you will never find. Don't cheap out on anything else or waste your cash buying other subwoofers. THIS IS THE ONE. Buy one and you will not be disappointed, but shocked.

Just received my 10s mkii a week ago and am still breaking it in, but I can already tell it is a great sub. I've mostly owned towers, but have had klipsch and PSB subs in the past. This one sounds more articulate, and was just plug and play with wireless capability. I can see why they sell out so fast...I already want another one 😉

This one replaced a rather old Velodyne I’ve been relying on for years. It did its job well, but the 10s is just so much… better. In the kind of way you need to hear. Saying the 10s is cleaner, less muddy, and tighter comes close to describing the difference. Its deep, full, rumbling bass disappears into the room, making everything I watch or listen to more fully immersive. Buy it.

Everyone knows the sub is great but I want to also say this.

In my haste to order the MKlls on its 1st release date, I accidentally used an old CC that had been replaced by a new one. Obviously the card was declined without my knowledge.Three days later I checked my email for a proof of purchase, that is when I discovered that my card was DECLINED!!! I immediately called my CC company to find out why, they informed me that a new card had been sent out and the card I used was deactivated, I then called RSL and explained the issue, and even though all new stock had been reserved, they held my speaker for 3 days until my CC issue was resolved..

Fits in perfectly with my existing system. I had an almost 20 year old Velodyne sub that finally died. I had started looking when I found the RSL Speedwoofer 10 mkii. The reviews were very good so I grabbed on during one of the pre-orders. I pulled out my old sub, put this one in with the volume set at about 1/3. It has nice tight base that fits in with my Denon receiver and Polk Audio speakers. I would highly recommend this sub for a home theater system.

As a side note, my first sub I received had a huge hole that went through the outer and inner boxes and even dented the cone. Route and RSL took care of the issue very quick and with in a week I had the replacement. Great customer service.

I’m setting up my first 5.1 system and randomly ran across a review for RSL’s Speedwoofer mk1. So as soon as they came back into stock I jumped right on this mk2 and I’m glad I did. For less than 500 you get a solid high quality 400 watt beast. I’m still learning and tuning my system right now but so far pretty good! Its out of the way and has blended nicely. I have limited placement options in an open area but the wireless function has made it easier to test options. My wife wasnt too pleased with yet another speaker but once I finally got it going and put on some of her fav tunes it quickly changed from I don't like it to “this is my system now.” I def hope to get my hands on another one!

I finally gave up on my old M&K V125. A very musical sub, but it struggled with the dynamics of movies. I wondered how a 10", especially at this ridiculous price, would compare, but I am very impressed with the Speedwoofer. I spend some time finding the ideal spot in the room and adjusting it correctly. It doesn't boom or draw attention to itself. It stays out of the way until it is called on but does what it needs to do very nicely. It doesn't act like a 10" and it fights well above it's weight. I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it highly. The only thing better than a Speedwoofer would be two of them.

This is my first RSL speaker so I don't have the older version to compare it to. This MKII is replacing my Cambridge Soundworks Newton P500 subwoofer which developed a hum. My old sub was a dual driver, closed cabinet with a 500watt BASH amp. It was a very musical sub but was lacking when it came to movie soundtracks. I've had the MKII for over a month now, so I've had some time to tune it in. The first thing I noticed with the MKII it also has a nice tight musical bass but it really shines with it's LFE setting. It noticeably hits deeper with much more impact than my old sub. I have it only set about halfway in volume and it has no problem rattling my windows. I'm using it with the AT4 wireless transmitter and have absolutely no problem with it connecting, delay or stating connected. It works exactly the way it was designed to work.

I couldn't be happier with my purchase and HIGHLY RECOMEND

Well, we do this for a reason, and logic doesn't apply.

When I heard about the new MKII, I thought "I don't need 3 Speedwoofers" But, that would be logical and logic doesn't apply here.

So...I ordered a new white MKII.

Goodness. Goodness. Just like RSL says, this is a tweak to the MKI....and boy does it show.

Bass has the extra little throb and bone chill over the MKI. I run my original 2 stacked in my left corner and the new MKII solo in the right corner...that single MKII holds its own against the double MKI stack...actually surpasses it in lower bass extension and volume. Remember, RSL did this for around 20 bucks more..that's it.

All of these run off the wireless transmitter perfectly. Im Happy, I have more good clean bass than I know what to do with....clean, powerful and accurate. And best of all, I still have money to spare.

Once again as always, Bravo RSL !!!

I love my Speedwoofer 10s so much I felt like I was cheating when I ordered the MKII. Amazingly the MKII is even better, but I won't say that in front of my 10s. New and old work together perfectly and now I'm thinking about a third one. lol
