To our dismay, the rising cost of the materials and process has made the white finish a prohibitive option for subsequent production runs.

RSL is now offering an extended 45 day in-home audition period for all closeout speakers. Even though these are our lowest prices in our history, returns will still be accepted. However, in the unlikely event a return is requested, the customer is responsible for the cost and arrangement of shipping for the returned items. The return process will be as follows:

  1. An RMA must be obtained from RSL via a phone call or email.
  2. Items need to be correctly repacked and boxed in the original packaging for return shipping.
  3. All accessories must be included.
  4. Any items for return will need to be in transit back to RSL within 7 days of the RMA being issued.

Returned items will be inspected for damage and/or missing items by RSL technicians. If an item is returned in like new condition, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued. No restocking fees will apply. However, if an item is received missing accessories and/or damaged, it will either be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the damage to said item occurred during return shipping, the customer is responsible for managing the claim with their carrier.
