Returns / Defective Products

RETURNS OF RSL BRANDED PRODUCTS

If you’re anything less than completely in love with an RSL product (we can’t imagine how this could be, but in any case), return it hassel free by following the steps below.

  1. Contact RSL within 30 days of receiving the product to receive a return label. We will send you a pre-paid return shipping label.
  2. Re-pack the product(s) in its original box and packaging. Be sure to include all parts and packing materials.
  3. Attach the pre-paid shipping label to the box or master carton and drop the item off at any Fedex location.
  4. When received, returned item(s), will be inspected and processed in a timely manner.
  5. Items returned in like-new condition with all original parts and packaging materials are entitled to a refund in full. Items returned with damage or with missing parts or packaging may be subject to a re-stocking fee.
  6. You will be notified when the refund has been processed. It may take several business days for the funds to land in your account. Unfortunatley we have no control over this.

We want you you to like RSL Speakers, whether you keep our products or not. We will make the retrun process as fast and effortless as possible. We inspect our products with lenience and only charge a reasonable re-stocking fee when absolutely necessary.

RETURNS OF NON-RSL PRODUCTS (RECEIVERS & SPEAKER MOUNTS)

Receivers and Vantage Point mounts can be returned by following the steps above but are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

We offer high-end receivers and speaker mounts to our customers at discounted prices as a courtesy. This way you can enjoy a one stop shop experience and take advantage of huge savings when bundling a receiver and speakers together. While we highly recommend these products, they are not RSL products and we had no hand in designing or creating them. As such, these products are subject to a restocking fee when returned.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, RSL BRANDED AND NON RSL BRANDED.

If in the rare chance one of our products is dead upon arrival, don’t worry – we’ll take care of everything.

  • We’ll have the product picked up from your doorstep (if possible).
  • We’ll have a new replacement on its way even before we receive the defective back.
  • Of course all shipping and return shipping charges will be on us.
