Shipping Policy

If you choose to require a signature upon deliver, FedEx will make 3 delivery attempts on 3 separate days. If there is not an adult present to sign for the package(s), your order will be returned to a local FedEx facility where it will be held for ransom for 5 days. Ok, no ransom required. But you will need to bring a government issued ID for pick up. If the order isn’t picked up within the 5 days, it will be destroyed. Rather, it’ll be sent back to us.

PLEASE – make sure to pick up your order during the 5 day hold. If the order comes back to us, we will charge for the round trip freight! We do NOT want this. But not picking up the speakers does not constitute an in-home trial.
