I’m using 3 of the CG23M speakers for my front L/C/R setup. They sound really good and compliment the Speedwoofer well (which also blew me away). Still very happy with them after several months.

I purchased a single CG23M last year as the center speaker for my surround system, replacing a much more expensive speaker. The difference was instantly dramatic. Much more depth, and voices are so much easier to pick out. And for about 1/5 the price of the speaker it replaced.

So I decided to try a pair for my bedroom system that had floor standing speakers (and took up too much space). I am using the amazing little class D RSL amp and streaming with Tidal. I was certain that I would lose a lot by going to the smaller bookshelf speakers, but that was not the case at all. I used them initially with an older M&K sub, but I am very happy running them full range without the sub. I will likely opt for an 10" RSL sub (I have two in my main system) at some point, but at this point I am very pleased with them on their own. I am amazed that they can sound this good... for the price. I have used more expensive and larger speakers from various manufacturers in the bedroom, but I prefer the CG23M to the others, even after A/B comparisons. Sound stage is wide and the system is crisp and clean.

I have no idea how RSL continues to come up with speakers and amps of such quality at such an insane value. My friends that think they need a "name brand" speaker at a higher price always change their minds when they hear these serious little speakers.

As a side note... one of my Speedwoofers stopped working in my main system. I sent an e-mail to RSL and got a call from a CS rep. He was very helpful and walked me through some tests. It was determined that the plate amp had gone bad (something he said almost never happens), and he immediately sent me a new one at no charge. He didn't even ask me to send the failed unit back! I had it in less than a week and was able to quickly change it out. It works as before now. You just don't see that kind of customer service these days. Very impressive and appreciated. I LOVE RSL!

Using my 2 new CG23M's as surround speakers with my 2 old but well- functioning Boston Acoustic SH 450's...the 23's really help bring out dialogue and sound. Will buy another one to be used as a center speaker. Also, amazed at how sturdy these 23's are. Rock solid.

The design and ability to deploy this as a center channel *and* its ability to be placed vertical to eliminate the typical pattern dispersion issues with most other center designs that are horizontally deployed is what drew me to this speaker. It has performed very well and exceeded my expectations. Since it is relatively small and allows for vertical deployment, it may be a good fit for those with a short console/stand under their TV, like me.

Bought the CG23M to replace my center channel speaker, the overall effect and handling of voice dialog is impressive.
