5.1 system with 12 speedwoofer

Lovin it ! Was worried the little bookshelf speakers wasn’t gonna be enough for this big room, with 15’ cathedral ceiling. Let’s just say they get loud in here. The sub will vibrate the walls on real deep bass. And that’s straight out of the box using a tape measure and a spl app on phone. I need break down and Dirac let it do its thing. If my financial advisor will give the ok I might get small sub and couple more speakers.

Most excellent speakers!

I gave had surround sound for almost one than I remember. As I built my system over time, my speakers are mismatched. I just purchased Klipsch for the surround, have Boston Acoustic towers for the front, and have Bose for my atmos. I replaced an old Dahlquist 400w sub and an old Acoustic Response center with the RSL 12s sub and RSL CG23M for the center. I wish I had known about this company years ago. The bass is awesome. I can get the nice rumble while watching a movie that makes you feel you are there, but not the loud deep roar that drowns out the rest of the sounds. I did get the most powerful, so it is bulky and had a lot of weight. But, it has a nice look to it. I used to be a low voltage electrician and have installed many surround sound systems, including Bose. I have never heard the clarity and quality, even from the Bose speakers.

I bought these to try them out as I was looking for a set up for my mother. I wanted something clean, clear, and didn't break the bank. This was it. She is 75 and had never had something like this. She is overjoyed with this company and the quality of sound the speakers produce. I bought her the less expensive sub, but more than enough for her. Well worth the money. You won't regret purchasing any of these speakers.

Products are great! Service is even better!

I'm continuously impressed with RSL, their products and the prices are currently some of the best, if not the best, in the biz.

If you're considering trying them out, don't hesitate. Their customer service and after purchase support will help be the difference maker.

They also do a lot of the work themselves so you might speak with one of the owners or at least whoever helps you when you call with definitely be close to the products and knowledgeable at the very least.

I bought the 12s and it's AMAZING. I'm constantly impressed! I was looking for Bass Extension and I got it with this.

Cheers RSL! Thanks a lot.

Well I kinda miss my 10s

I got the 12s hooked up and removed the 10s.
The 12 is a great sub. Super for home theater.
But I think I enjoyed the 10s more for listening to music.
But the 12 is still really nice. It has a lower range and more thump.
My $.02

12s Pair In Basement

45 days in with these subs has been an up and down experience. The downs were the first 30 days. The ups came shortly after that. Anyone who doubts that break in is real, let me tell you these subs really started coming alive for me after around 40 to 50 hours of intense music and movie playback. I kept turning up the gain at the beginning, but it didn't matter. After the break in period, I now have to turn down the gain. These boys are big but they sure can bring the bass. My concrete basement is murder for most subs. The pair of RSLs are giving me the level of bass I've been craving for many years without draining my bank account. Yes I considered the other brands like JL Audio, SVS, HSU, Rythmik, but RSL offers the best bang for the buck for me.

Meticulously crafted for excellence
