Works really well, setup was kind of finicky

I used this to pair a second Speedwoofer 10S MKII. It works extremely well after you through the setup, which was kind of finicky. The instructions are straightforward thankfully. When I paired the subwoofer, I did have to move it close to the transmitter, but afterwards I was able to have the subwoofer transmit sound from across my room (14 ft maybe) without any issue. It did seem like initially the transmitter was causing the subwoofer to always be on (I have it set to auto power), but after turning the subwoofer on and off it seem to have resolve that.

However, the transmitter does seem to be rather sensitive as it causes a humming noise if it's placed a bit too close to a wired 10s MKII subwoofer of mine or turned front side up.

Overall, I'm happy with the transmitter though as I can't hear any difference in sound quality or lag from the second subwoofer.

Did Not Work For Me

I ordered the RS-4 transmitter with the 10S MKII so I could try the subwoofer in different locations in my living room to see what sounded best. Despite many attempts using the provided pairing procedure, I was not able to get the subwoofer to pair with the transmitter from about 12 away. I ended up moving the subwoofer next to the component rack and used an RCA cable to connect it. Very disappointing.

Not working

I unfortunately am unable to receive any sound via the wireless transmitter set up about 5 feet away from the speedwoofer. I can successfully pair but it does not seem like audio is actually being transmitted. Speedwoofer works fine hardwired. Followed all the instructions so not sure what I’m doing incorrectly.

The wireless transmitter is sensitive to being moved.

When moved or jostled the transmitter often creates a loud, noise in my sound system. Not very nice.

Works as expected however the 3.5mm is not very secure

The adaptor works as intended and has helped me avoid the pain of running long cables to the subwoofer, which is placed at the sweetspot.
Only nitpick is that the 3.5 mm socket on the transmitter is not very secure and becomes loose and the subwoofer starts to make big humming noise. If this socket can be switched to a more secure connection like RCA then it will be useful.
Overall good product as it serves its intended purpose very well.
