Help us to reduce or eliminate the return fee!
Our return fee is in place for the sole purpose of protecting the Speedwoofers’ industry-leading performance and pricing. The cost of one-way shipping for a Speedwoofer ranges from $40 to $150. Double that and add a substantial cost for repackaging and recertification, and it becomes obvious why returns have such an impact. This holds true for ALL consumer-direct products. So please keep this in mind wherever you shop, and support us in the fight to eliminate the Speedwoofer return fee.

The two leading causes of Speedwoofer returns continue to be simple over-ordering and spatial constraints. As such, we would like to ask you to kindly consider the following before ordering:

• Measure twice, order once! Please measure your intended subwoofer locations to ensure the Speedwoofer will fit. Then measure again!
• Check with your family members! Make sure the Speedwoofer’s aesthetics are acceptable for your home.
• Order LESS! That might sound strange, but if you aren’t sure how many Speedwoofers you’ll need, start with just one. We know that the affordable price makes multiples even more compelling. However, we would rather build your system to where it needs to be, than have you pay return fees later.
• Ask for guidance! We are always happy to answer questions and make recommendations. No question is too big or small.
