I purchased this subwoofer for my 2 channel room. I wanted something to help the bass roll-off frequency from my speakers. This subwoofer does the job very nicely. Someday I will upgrade my speakers, hopefully to the Kanta 3's. The H/K Citation trilogy 16a,17 and 18 are completely redone...caps, diodes, etc. and sound amazing, very nice soundstaging.

I've been improving my system over the last few years and finally got it to the point where it was the best I've owned. The bass, however, was lacking when compared to the rest of my gear. Enter the Speedwoofer 10s MKII. I expected a noticeable improvement over my old, relatively inexpensive, downward firing 8" sub, but the level of improvement far exceeds my expectation and made for a much more significant upgrade than I would have imagined possible. I don't have the audiophile words to relate it properly but, no matter if I'm streaming, playing cds or records, the music just sounds better. Male vocals, stringed instruments, horns all sound more lifelike. Even my wife, who doesn't care all that much about quality playback, came in from the next room and commented that it sounded like they're in the room with us and then (music to my ears!) said that it was well worth the money spent.

Long story short, the 10s MKII made for a major improvement to what was already a good system. It and RSL both are deserving of all the hype and accolades that they receive.

After never having heard of RSL Speakers before, I took a chance on the Speedwoofer 10S MKII after reading many positive reviews, This is replacing a Polk PSW10, a budget sub, in a 15x20' room.

Used for TV and movies only, all I can say is I never realized what a bad sub the Polk was. The Polk rattled the house in a bad way. The 10S MKII brings powerful deep bass to every soundtrack. Much of it is felt and not heard at lower volumes. No more rattling of windows and baseboard radiators from an underpowered sub which shook the Polk speaker cone to near death.

The 10S MKII was priced to my stingy budget and probably could full a room twice the size of mine with ease. Thanks RSL for this no-brainer addition to my home theater. It makes me want to go through my movie collection again. TIGHT bass from this little box!

Changed my home theater speakers and needed a good subwoofer to complete my setup. Used a wireless connection and the sub is performing flawlessly. Gave it good test with War of the World when the pod emerges. Fantastic results. Very pleased with this purchase and Joe is a pleasure to work with.

Fantastic subwoofer!

This is my first subwoofer. After reading reviews and getting advice from Reddit users on the r/BudgetAudiophile community, I reached out to Joe at RSL for advice.

Joe was extremely helpful, and super good to work with. He suggested the 10E for my medium sized room with high ceilings and open floor plan. I was really surprised by this because the other manufacturer I contacted suggested two subwoofers that would have cost $1800. I decided on the 10S MKII because of its wireless capabilities and higher wattage. Joe was right, I only needed one subwoofer!

The 10S sounds fantastic! It compliments my old Kef Q 60 bookshelf speakers perfectly. The subwoofer expands the sound stage, placing each instrument clearly in specific locations. Music from all genres comes alive, especially bass heavy tracks.

The set up could not be easier. I ran a single RCA cable from the sub out port on my Wiim Ultra into the LFE input. From there, all I had to do was adjust the volume. The Wiim took care of crossover annd room correction, and the digital EQ tunes music perfectly.

I think the subwoofer also looks great. It fits in perfectly with my Kefs. It is a black cube, with a black fabric grill, and a shiny black brand label under the grill. It looks classy but not flashy. The sub was packed and shipped very safely and arrived with no damage.

IMO this is a fantastic buy, it sounds amazing, was easy to set up, and the customer service couldn’t have been better. I have been recommending the subwoofer to all my friends. Go out and get yourself a 10S MKII Block Rocker - you won’t be disappointed!!!
