• 3. Submit request email: Add your name, email, and Speedwoofer model, then click submit. You will receive a simple Power Buy validation email (check your spam).
• 4. Validate your Power Buy request: Click the link in the validation email to confirm your Power Buy.
• 5. Receive your Power Buy code and purchase link: You will receive an email from us with your exclusive power buy code and promo link (be sure to check your spam folder).
• 6. Share with others: Invite friends, family, or fellow audio enthusiasts to join your Power Buy group. Share your Power Buy code and promo link on your favorite forums and social media!
• 7. 24 Hours to use your code: Your Power Buy code expires! Be sure to use it within 24 hours from confirming your Power Buy. Enter the code at checkout for as many Speedwoofers as you’d like!
• 8. Redeem your savings: Power Buy savings will be provided in the form of a rebate refund to the original payment method after all orders within the group have shipped!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Please read these!):

• To provide these specialized prices, Power Buy purchases are final sale, and not eligible for return.
• RSL Power Buy rebates will be issued within 3–5 business days after all orders within the Power Buy are shipped.
• A $1 Power Buy credit will be applied immediately to confirm individual participation. The remaining credit will be determined by total group participation and quantity purchased within the timeframe.
• To qualify for the Power Buy rebate, a minimum quantity of the same model Speedwoofers must be purchased using the unique Power Buy code within the 24 hour window.
• Minimum Purchase requirements are as follows:
• Minimum 4 Speedwoofer 12S’s - Receive $136 rebate per unit
• Minimum 4 Speedwoofer 10S MKII’s - Receive $70 rebate per unit
• Minimum 4 Speedwoofer 10E’s - Receive $20 rebate per unit
• If 8+ units are purchased within the same Power Buy group, an additional rebate bonus applies!
• 12S quantity 8-12: additional $50 rebate per unit
• 10S MKII quantity 8-12: additional $30 rebate per unit
• 10E quantity 8-12: additional $30 rebate per unit
• Power Buy codes apply to up to 12 users, one time use per user.
• There is no limit to the number of units that can be purchased per user.
  
• Each Power Buy code is specific to the Speedwoofer model chosen by the Power Buy initiator. It does not apply to other Speedwoofer models.
• Order cancellations must be submitted prior to shipping and are subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee.
• Order cancellations may jeopardize Power Buy rebate eligibility of other party members.
  
• All Power Buy Speedwoofers are factory new, and include RSL’s full warranty.
• Power Buy does not apply to open-box Speedwoofers.
  
• Free US shipping is included for all Power Buy orders within the contiguous 48 states.
• Highly discounted international shipping is available for customers outside of the US.
• We reserve the right to change/modify these terms and conditions at any time.
• This Power Buy event is a limited allocation of Speedwoofers and is valid while supplies last.
• Power Buy promotion does not combine with any other savings or discounts.
• Sales tax paid on original purchase price will not change. Any "Savings" amount shown reflects the total rebate that you will recieve, including the $1 Power Buy credit on the original order.
